Mould, especially black mould, can pose significant health risks, so it’s not surprising that she would want to take legal action.
However, the situation has escalated with the owners of the Chelsea Barracks complex reportedly considering counter-suing her for breaking the tenancy agreement early. With a reported rent of £20,000 per month, the financial stakes are high, adding further tension to the fallout.
